At Power Pocket, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and ensure a smooth and fair return process for our customers.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, broken, or not working upon arrival

  • The product has been opened, but the defect is clearly visible

  • You can provide unboxing proof, such as:

    • A video recorded while opening the package

    • Photos showing the product’s condition immediately upon arrival

Required Proof

To approve your return, please provide:

  • A full unboxing video (from start to finish, before the product is removed from the packaging)

  • Clear photos of the damage or issue

  • Your order number and contact details

Without unboxing proof, we may not be able to process the return.

Non-Returnable Conditions

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The item was damaged due to misuse after delivery

  • No unboxing video proof is provided

  • The return request is made after 14 days from delivery

Refund or Replacement

Once your request is verified and approved:

  • You may choose a replacement unit, or

  • A full/partial refund (depending on product condition)

Processing Time

Refunds or replacements are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
