Eligibility for Returns

Photos showing the product’s condition immediately upon arrival

To approve your return, please provide:

A full unboxing video (from start to finish, before the product is removed from the packaging)

Without unboxing proof, we may not be able to process the return.
Non-Returnable Conditions
We cannot accept returns if:

The item was damaged due to misuse after delivery

No unboxing video proof is provided

The return request is made after 14 days from delivery
Refund or Replacement
Once your request is verified and approved:

Processing Time
