Delivery time depends on your location:

Domestic Shipping (same country)

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days

  • Customs delays may extend delivery times depending on your country.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number to monitor your package

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method selected

We may offer free shipping promotions occasionally.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Power Pocket is not responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Delays caused by customs inspections

These charges, if any, must be paid by the customer.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost:

Please note: once the courier marks the package as “Delivered,” we cannot replace the order unless proof of loss is provided.

7. Wrong Address Disclaimer

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages

  • Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order

8. Order Changes

After an order is placed:

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours

  • Once shipped, changes are no longer possible
